1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TableCall's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TableCall provides a restaurant reservation concierge service for foreign visitors in Korea. Our service includes:

  • Making phone calls to Korean restaurants on your behalf
  • Communicating in Korean with restaurant staff
  • Confirming reservation details and requirements
  • Managing reservation changes and cancellations when possible

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as follows:

  • Service Fee: $6.90 per reservation request (refunded if we are unable to secure a reservation)
  • Deposit: $14 per person (refundable after restaurant visit confirmation)
  • Large Party Coordination Fee: For parties of 9 or more guests, an additional fee of $1.99 per person applies for each guest beyond 8

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Deposit and Refund Policy

The deposit serves as a guarantee to protect restaurants from no-shows. Refund conditions are as follows:

  • Full Deposit Refund: When you attend your reservation as scheduled
  • Full Refund (Service Fee + Deposit): When we are unable to secure a reservation
  • Full Deposit Refund: For cancellations made at least 24 hours before your reservation
  • Partial/No Refund: For no-shows only

Refunds are typically processed within 3-15 business days.

6. Reservation Terms

Please note the following regarding reservations:

  • We cannot guarantee that all reservation requests will be successful
  • Reservation availability depends on the restaurant's policies and capacity
  • Some restaurants may have specific requirements or restrictions
  • Cancellation policies vary by restaurant

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for reservations
  • Arrive at reservations on time
  • Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations
  • Treat restaurant staff with respect
  • Not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

TableCall acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality of food or service at restaurants
  • Restaurant cancellations or changes to reservations
  • Any disputes between users and restaurants
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by New Web Solutions or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
