What if my reservation fails?
If we cannot secure a reservation (restaurant fully booked, closed, etc.), you'll receive a full refund of both the service fee and deposit within 3-15 business days.
When do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit is automatically refunded within 3-15 business days after we confirm your visit to the restaurant. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you'll also receive a full refund.
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit ($14/person) shows restaurants you're committed to your reservation. Many Korean restaurants have had issues with no-shows, especially from foreign visitors. The deposit helps build trust and ensures you get accepted. It's fully refunded after your visit.
